為什麼不能選擇用自提點取貨?

自取服務並不適用於大呎吋或易碎的產品。另外,自取服務亦不適用於2件或以上產品之訂單 (不包括贈品)。如有任何問題,客戶服務員將會聯絡你更改送貨方式。

下單時如何選擇自提點?

你可以於結帳頁面中選擇「自提點自取」,然後選擇合適你的自提點。

為什麼產品可以選擇自取,但結帳時又不能選擇自取?

你購物車入面可能有其他不可以使用自提點服務的產品,所以整張訂單必需使用送貨服務。

為什麼不能選擇時間?

系統會根據你所選擇的自提點盡快為你安排取貨。當貨品已到達自提點,你會收到SMS提示你以提貨密碼取貨。

何時會收到訂單確認電郵?

訂單確認電郵會於出貨當日早上發出,出貨後1-2個工作天就可以去到你所選擇的自提點取貨。

下單後需時多久可以自取?

一般情況下,在訂單確認及出貨後1-2個工作天就可以去到你所選擇的自提點取貨。

為什麼沒有收到自取SMS或「自取碼」?

系統會根據你所選擇的自提點盡快為你安排取貨。貨品到達自提點後你才會收到自取SMS或順豐應用程式推送。

下單後發現提供了錯的電話或其他資料怎麼辦?

你可以直接聯絡順豐提供正確資料 (聯絡電話:2730 0273)

貨品可否轉另一個自提點?

完成交易後就不可以更換自提點。

訂單可不可以由自取服務轉送貨?

完成交易後就不可以更換為送貨上門。

自提點是否24小時通宵都可以取貨?

每個自提點的營業時間有機會不同,你可以於結帳時查看每個自提點的營業時間。

取貨時間有多久?

你需要於收到取貨SMS或「自取碼」內24個鐘內取件。請於限時之內取件,否則順豐將會向你直接收取逾期取貨之費用。如訂單於到達自提點後5天內沒有領取,我們會自動取消訂單,並收取訂單金額30%作為手續費。

可不可以由其他人幫我取件?

可以,你只需要將自取SMS或「自取碼」分享給你授權取件的人士,根據SMS或「自取碼」內指示就可以完成取貨。

取貨時段內沒有空取貨怎麼辦?

你可以直接聯絡順豐重新安排自取服務 (聯絡電話: 2730 0273),但順豐有機會向你收取逾期取貨之費用。如訂單於到達自提點後5天內沒有領取,我們會自動取消訂單,並收取訂單金額30%作為手續費。

Why I can't select Self-pickup?

Some products may not be available for self-pickup service due to the size issue. You can see which products offer self-pickup service on the product page. On the other hand, your shopping cart may have other products that cannot use the self-pickup service and therefore you may have to choose delivery service for the entire order or divide your order. If above situation occurs, our customer service specialist will contact you to change the delivery method.

How do I select Self-pickup when placing an order?

You can select "Self-pickup Service" on the checkout page and select the pickup point you want.

The product I have selected offers Self-pickup. Why am I unable to select this option during checkout?

Your shopping cart may have other products that cannot use the self-pickup service and therefore you may have to choose delivery service for the entire order.

Why can’t I choose a pickup time?

The system will arrange a pickup for you as soon as possible according to the pickup point you have selected. You will receive an SMS when your goods arrive there.

When can I receive the order confirmation email?

The order confirmation email will be sent in the morning of the day the order is shipped, and can be picked up within 1-2 working days.

When can I collect my order?

Under normal circumstances, you can pick up the order from the pickup point you selected within 1-2 days after placing the order.

Why didn’t I get an SMS or "Pick-up Code"?

The system will arrange a pickup for you as soon as possible according to the pickup point you have selected. You will receive an SMS or SFHK app push notification when your goods arrive there.

What if I have given the wrong phone number or other details after placing an order?

You can contact SF Express hotline to provide the correct information (contact number: 2730 0273)

Can I revise the order to another pickup point?

No. After the transaction is made, you cannot transfer to another pickup point.

Can I revise the order from self-pickup service to delivery service?

No. After the transaction is made, you cannot change to delivery service.

Can I collect from the pickup point any time within 24 hours night or day?

You can view the operation hour when you select the pickup point at checkout.

How long is the pickup period?

You can pick up your item within 24 hours after receiving the SMS or “Pick-up Code”. Please pick up within the specified time otherwise you may have to pay for late fees.

Can someone else pick up the package for me?

Yes, you can share the self-pickup SMS or “Pick-up Code” with the person you authorise to pick up the order and follow the instructions in the SMS or “Pick-up Code” to complete the pickup.

What if I can’t collect the goods during the pickup period?

You can contact our logistics partner SF directly to arrange another self-pickup time (Tel: 2730 0273) but you may have to pay for late fees. If the order is unpicked in 5 days upon arrival in pickup point, we will cancel the order and a handling fee, being 30% of the original product’s purchase price will be charged.
