ElecBoy x Mastercard Spending Offer Terms and Conditions

• This Promotion Offer is only applicable to a cardholder (“Cardholder”) holding a valid Mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau Mastercard(“Eligible Mastercard”). An “Eligible Transaction” occurs when a Cardholder makes a transaction through ElecBoy eShop and uses his/her Eligible Mastercard to pay for all relevant fares and fees associated with that transaction.
• Offer is not applicable for transactions made through Apple Pay and Google Pay on ElecBoy eShop.
• The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or promotional discount coupons.
• Only one promo code can be used in each transaction. The promo code must be used during checkout, which cannot be used after the transaction is completed.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
• ElecBoy and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as well as to vary or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of ElecBoy and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final and binding.
• The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Eligible Mastercard accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant Promotion Period.
• Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by ElecBoy and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. ElecBoy and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately to a Cardholder directly from any of the Cardholder’s Eligible Mastercard without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts. 
• In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.

Spending Offer: HKD40 Instant discount Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion period: from 7 May to 25 Jun 2025 (time refers to Hong Kong time).
• Cardholder has to settle the payment for an Eligible transaction (any single transaction of HKD600) with an Eligible Mastercard issued in Hong Kong at ElecBoy eShop and successfully apply the promo code EBP-MC40 at checkout to enjoy the instant discount of HKD40.
• Offer is not applicable for transactions made through Apple Pay and Google Pay on ElecBoy eShop.
• Each cardholder can enjoy this offer at most on each phrase; the maximum entitlement of each qualifying transaction is HKD40. The discount quota for each period is 25 (the quota will be reset at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday). The quota will be first come first served and will be subject to availability without prior notice. Monthly Lucky Draw:

From now till 30 June 2025 (both dates inclusive), eligible Mastercard cardholders will automatically participate in the Lucky Draw by making eligible transaction, each eligible transaction will be awarded a chance to enter the Lucky Draw.

A lucky draw will be run for every month during the promotional period. Total 3 lucky draws during the Promotional Period:

• 1st round lucky draw (April): for Eligible Transaction from 14 April to 30 April 2025
• 2nd round lucky draw (May): for Eligible Transaction from 1 May to 31 May 2025
• 3rd round lucky draw (June): for Eligible Transaction from 1 June to 30 June 2025

Mastercard will give out total of 200 prizes in each round of the lucky draw, each winner will be awarded prize worth HKD$888 Spending Credit.

The results of the Lucky Draw will be published on 23 May, 24 June and 24 July 2025 for each round of the lucky draw.

Quarter Lucky Draw:

From now till 30 June 2025 (both dates inclusive), eligible Mastercard cardholders will automatically participate in the Lucky Draw by making eligible transaction. 

Each eligible transaction will be awarded a chance to enter the Lucky Draw, eligible transaction in overseas physical merchants will be awarded 5 chances to the lucky draw, eligible transaction in Hong Kong dining merchants will be awarded 10 chances to the lucky draw.

Total 60 Lucky Draw winners will be randomly drawn. Each winner will be eligible to receive a prize. Mastercard will give out total of 60 prizes, which include:

• Worth HKD$388,888 Spending Credit - 1 winner
• Worth HKD$128,888 Spending Credit - 1 winner
• Worth HKD$38,888 Spending Credit - 1 winner
• Worth HKD$8,888 Spending Credit - 5 winners

The results of the Lucky Draw will be published on 24 July 2025.
