If you have purchased [Authorized Product], you can return the product to the manufacturer or its authorized dealer for repair within warranty period. If you have purchased [Parallel Imported Product], you cannot enjoy the warranty.

2. Product Inventory Status
3 types of inventory status will be shown in product page, the shipping time will be depending on the status:
In stock: Inventory is available in warehouse. Earliest delivery date can be next day.
Pre-order: We will order the product from supplier after receiving your order. Earliest delivery date will be 14 days after you have placed your order.
Out of Stock: No inventory in warehouse. We will replenish again after we receive inventory from supplier.
3. Shipping Method & Time:
ElecBoy provides the following shipping methods:
Home Delivery: You can choose your preferred delivery date. If you place your order before 9pm, you may even choose next day delivery. You may be able to get the product faster than buying in physical store!
Self-pickup: ElecBoy has partnered with SF Express to provide self-pickup service. Customers can pick up product at SF lockers, SF Business Station Locations, SF Store and SF service partner.
