1.

The Promotion is valid from 1 July to 31 October 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").

Unless otherwise specified, to be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders ("Cardholders") are required to make Eligible Transactions with credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), including Standard Chartered Credit Card and its Co-branded Card, MANHATTAN Credit Card and its Co-branded Card (except Standard Chartered Business Card and Standard Chartered Corporate Card) (the "Eligible Card").

Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders settling payment with Standard Chartered UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Card are also eligible for the Promotion provided that the Merchant accepts the same for payment.

4.

Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is applicable to ElecBoy Online Shop (www. elecboy .com.hk) and ElecBoy store (collectively, the "Merchant").

5.

All the offers are NOT applicable to (i) transactions made via any e-wallets (including but not limited to Alipay, WeChat Pay and Tap & Go), (ii) Mobile Payment Purchase including Apple Pay, Google Pay^TM and Samsung Pay, or (iii) split transactions.

To enjoy the corresponding offers under this Promotion, Cardholders must make an Eligible Transaction and fulfil relevant spending requirements with the Eligible Card during the Promotion Period.

Offer 1a: HKD100 instant discount

To enjoy HKD100 instant discount, Cardholders are required to make an Eligible Transaction of HKD1,500 or above net spending with the Eligible Card at the Merchant during the Promotion Period.

Cardholders must apply the promo code ‘EBP-SCB100’ at checkout at ElecBoy Online Shop (www. elecboy .com.hk) to enjoy Offer 1a. The promotion period is split into 17 phases, details are as follows:

Cardholders must settle payment of the Eligible Transaction with the physical Eligible Card at ElecBoy store to enjoy Offer 1a. The promotion period is split into 18 phases, details are as follows:

Offer 1b: HKD150 instant discount on designated product categories

To enjoy HKD150 instant discount, Cardholders are required to make an Eligible Transaction of HKD2,000 or above net spending on products in designated categories, including water dispenser, vacuum cleaner and oven with the Eligible Card at the Merchant during the Promotion Period.

Cardholders must apply the promo code ‘EBP-SCB150’ at checkout at ElecBoy Online Shop (www. Elecboy .com.hk) to enjoy Offer 1b. The promotion period is split into 6 phases, details are as follows:

For the entire Promotion Period, a total of 4,000 quotas and 360 quotas for Offer 1a are available at ElecBoy Online Shop (www. elecboy .com.hk) and ElecBoy store respectively and a total of  770 quotas are available at ElecBoy Online Shop (www. elecboy .com.hk) for Offer 1b. The system would be updated at 10:00am on first date of each phase with quota of that phase. The quota is subject to availability and is provided on first-come-first-served basis. The usage of the promo code and quota may be subject to additional terms and conditions as may be specified by the Merchant. Each Cardholder can be entitled to Offer 1a once at each of ElecBoy Online Shop (www. elecboy .com.hk) and ElecBoy store in each phase and Offer 1b once at ElecBoy Online Shop (www. elecboy .com.hk) in each phase.

The shipping fee is HKD50 per order with order amount below HKD500; for the order amount with HKD500 or above, the shipping fee would be waived. Additional charges may apply for delivery to specific areas, please visit the Merchant’s website for details.

“Eligible Transaction” means a single net transaction made at the Merchant which has been settled with the Eligible Card in Hong Kong Dollars with the delivery address and self-pickup point within Hong Kong (SAR). “Net spending” means the final amount charged to the Eligible Card.

Offer 2: Up to 61% off on selected products

Cardholder is required to apply the designated promo code with the Eligible Card at checkout in order to be entitled to this Offer 2, and this Offer 2 cannot be applied once the payment is completed. The quota of promo code for selected products is subject to availability, and is provided on a first-come-first-served basis. The usage of the designated promo code and quota may be subject to additional terms and conditions as may be specified by the Merchant. Cardholder can be entitled to Offer 2 once only during the Promotion Period, and only one designated promo code can be applied on each transaction.  Please refer to Merchant’s website for designated promo codes.

Offer 2 cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or promotional discount coupons.

Only one promo code can be applied on each transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, Offer 1a, Offer 1b and Offer 2 cannot be used in conjunction.

Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products and/or services supplied by the Merchant under or in connection with this Promotion. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products and/or services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of products and/or services provided by the Merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the promotion of the offer(s) or in making available the offer(s) or the products and/or services under the Promotion, by the Merchant, its employees, officers and/or agents.

Cardholders are required to keep the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sales slips (where applicable) for inspection upon request by the Bank. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to submit the relevant original sales receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned.

10.

Personal data of Cardholders may be collected by the Merchant and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of the Merchant. Please contact the Merchant for related details.

11.

The Bank and Merchant reserve the right to extend, alter or terminate the Promotion and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters or disputes in connection with the Promotion as set out in these terms and conditions will be subject to the final decision of the Bank and Merchant, which shall be final and conclusive.

13.

14.

The Promotion shall be terminated immediately upon closure of Merchant or any of its outlets.

15.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

16.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
