Can I place an order as a visitor?

What if I have not received an order email after purchase?

How to download receipt?

You can download the receipt from order history 1 working day after receiving the order. If you can’t download it, please contact us via WhatsApp and our customer service specialist will follow up for you as soon as possible.

Is it possible to cancel or change a product after an order has been placed?

Order cannot be cancelled or changed once it is made.

How can I track my order?

Home delivery:
Delivery times vary by region. Please refer to the order confirmation email for the estimated delivery time or "click here" to learn more. Our delivery team will contact you about one hour before arrival. If you have special delivery instructions, please inform our delivery team directly.

If your order not been delivered within the scheduled delivery time, please contact us via WhatsApp and our customer service specialist will follow up for you as soon as possible.

Self-pickup:
Under normal circumstances, you can pick up the order from the pickup point you selected within 1-2 days after the order has been confirmed and shipped.

Can I change the delivery/self-pickup date?

For home delivery order, you can contact us via WhatsApp 2 working days before delivery and our customer service specialist will follow up with you as soon as possible. The self-pickup time cannot be changed after the order is placed.

What if there is product issue after I receive the goods?
