What payments can I use?

We currently accept the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa/Master/AE), AlipayHK, Tap & Go, Octopus, WeChat Pay, Payme and BOC Pay.

How to use member points?

You can go to "Rewards" and choose the reward you would like to redeem, then you will get an unique coupon code to apply at checkout.

Can I pay in instalments?

For any single transaction of HK$2,000 or above in store, payment made with a Bank of China, Standard Chartered Bank, or DBS Bank credit card is eligible for an instalment plan by up to 12 months. Please note that a service fee applies. For more details, please inquire with in-store staff.

What does “transaction failed” mean?

This may be that the credit card is invalid or the system is currently undergoing maintenance. Try to log in at another time and place to make your order again. If the problem persists, you can contact us via WhatsApp and our customer service specialist will follow up for you as soon as possible.

Why did I not receive a credit card verification code?

Please contact your card issuer directly for enquiries regarding credit card verification.

What if more money has been deducted from my credit card than I approved?

How will I know if I have made a successful transaction?

After you have completed a transaction, you will receive an order email with a list of the products you have purchased, the payment method, delivery details etc. for your records.

What if I forget to use my promotion code during payment?

The promotion code for ElecBoy members must be used at the time of payment and will not be accepted after payment.
