Delivery Service
Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holidays). The delivery timeslot is from 9:00am to 6:00pm.


You may enjoy free standard delivery service to your purchase of HK$500 or above. There will be $50 delivery service charge for purchase less than HK$500.

Under normal circumstances, in-stock product can choose next day delivery (except for Sunday & Public Holiday), daily order cut off time will be 9pm. Delivery quotas are on first-come-first-serve basis, please refer to checkout page for available delivery date.

Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Delivery service is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for below areas: Stonecutters Island, Kwai Chung Container Terminal, Lung Kwu Tan/Tap Shek Kok, Mong Hau Shek, Chuk Yuen Village/Lian Ma Hang Road/Luo Wu Road, Airport Area, Shek O/Big Wave Bay. If you have chosen delivery time other than Tuesdays or Thursdays, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery.

Delivery is not available to Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering. Delivery service is also not available for below outlaying islands: Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor. Regarding the additional charges, these shall be paid to the delivery staff directly. For details of the additional charges, please refer to here.

If you wish to change the delivery address, date or time, you can contact our customer service specialist via WhatsApp in 2 days before scheduled delivery and our customer service specialist will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Self-pickup Service

You may enjoy free self-pickup service to your purchase of HK$500 or above. There will be $50 delivery service charge for purchase less than HK$500.

You can choose from 1,800+ pickup points. Please click here for more details of the pickup point locations and business hours.

Some products may not be available for self-pickup service due to the size or fragile issue. You can see which products offer Self-pickup service on the product page. Due to limited space in pickup point, order exceeding certain quantity of items will not be able to select Self-pickup service. If above situations occur, our customer service specialist will contact you to change the delivery method, which may lead to 1-2 working days delay on delivery.

It usually takes 1-2 working days for pickup order to arrive to the pickup points (from the date that the order has been confirmed and shipped). Our delivery team will send you a SMS pickup notification or SFHK app push notification when the order has arrived at the pickup point. Please follow the instruction with the pickup code to collect your order with 24 hours after receiving the SMS pickup notification.

Self-pickup order cannot be amended. If you have given the wrong phone number or other details after placing an order, please contact SF directly for an update (Hotline: 2730 0273).

If you cannot pick up the products from pickup point on the selected date or within the time limit specified in the SMS notification or SFHK app push notification, our partner will collect the products from pickup point and rearrange another delivery at additional charge. If the order is unpicked in 5 days upon arrival in pickup point, we will cancel the order and a handling fee, being 30% of the original product’s purchase price will be charged.

Store Pickup Service

Store Pickup Service is available form 11:00am - 8:00pm daily.

You may enjoy free store-pickup service to your purchase of any amount.

Some products may not be available for store-pickup service due to the size issue. You can see which products offer store-pickup service on the product page. If above situation occurs, our customer service specialist will contact you to change the delivery method.

If inventory is available at store and your order is placed before 5:00pm, you can pick up the order on the same day. If inventory is unavailable at store, the order will be ready for pickup within two days. Delivery quotas are on first-come-first-serve basis, please refer to checkout page for available delivery date.

If our store is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the product on the next day when the store is opened.

Store-pickup order cannot be amended. Please collect your purchased item(s) at your selected physical store within 7 days from the designated date of collection.
