Delivery Service
You may enjoy free standard delivery service to your purchase of HK$800 or above. There will be $50 delivery service charge for purchase less than HK$800.

Under normal circumstances, in-stock product can choose next day delivery (except for Sunday & Public Holiday), daily order cut off time will be 9pm. Delivery quotas are on first-come-first-serve basis, please refer to checkout page for available delivery date.

Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holidays). There are 2 timeslots you can choose at the checkout - 11am to 6pm / 6pm to 10pm.

Delivery service is available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and designated areas on Lantau Island.

Delivery service is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for below areas: Tung Chung, Stanley, Clear Water Bay District, Shek O/Big Wave Bay, Chek Lap Kok, Airport Area, The Peak, Stonecutters Island, Kwai Chung Container Terminal, Lung Kwu Tan, Tap Shek Kok, Chuk Yuen Village, Lian Ma Hang Road and Luo Wu Road. If you have chosen delivery time other than Tuesdays or Thursdays, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. 

Delivery service is not available at non-permanent address, frontier closed areas, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, warehouse and premises which are not accessible by elevator or staircase and need to be delivered through balcony. Delivery service is also not available for below outlaying islands: Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Changsha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor. Regarding the additional charges, these shall be paid to the delivery staff directly. For details of the additional charges, please refer to here.

If you wish to change the delivery address, date or time, you can fill in the issue report form in 2 days before scheduled delivery and our customer service specialist will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Circle K Pickup Service
You may enjoy free Circle K pickup service to your purchase of HK$400 or above. There will be $40 delivery service charge for purchase less than HK$400.

You can choose from 250 Circle K stores for pickup. Please click here for more details of the pickup point locations and business hours.

Some products may not be available for self-pickup service due to the size or fragile issue. You can see which products offer Circle K pickup service on the product page. Due to limited space in Circle K store, order exceeding certain quantity of items will not be able to select Circle K pickup service. If above situations occur, our customer service specialist will contact you to change the delivery method, which may lead to 1-2 working days delay on delivery.

It usually takes 3-5 working days for pickup order to arrive to the Circle K stores. Our delivery team will send you a SMS pickup notification when the order has arrived at the stores. Please follow the instruction with the pickup code to collect your order with 48 hours after receiving the SMS pickup notification.

Self-pickup order cannot be amended. If you have given the wrong phone number or other details after placing an order, you can complete the issue report form and our customer service specialist will follow up with you depending on the situation.
